How can I view available classes?
A complete list of courses offered is available on the KCTCS Visual Schedule Builder. For course descriptions or program requirements, you may view the KCTCS Catalog online. You may also reach out to your advisor or the Advising Center. Advisors can provide information about courses that may not be available at that college.
I am a current student; can I register myself or add a course online?
Students at Ashland do not have permission to self-enroll. Please contact our advising team for assistance. AS_Advisors@kctcs.edu.
Visiting students:
Visiting students are required to speak with an advisor prior to registering.

New students should contact the Welcome Center for registration instructions. The Welcome Center can be reached via phone 606-326-2040 or email as_welcome@kctcs.edu.
Returning students can schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor by calling the above phone number or emailing as_advisors@kctcs.edu.
