The KCTCS Code of Student Conduct lists your rights to appeal a grade.
First, speak with the instructor. If resolution cannot be resolved and you still wish to appeal your grade, please contact the program's assigned Associate Dean for further assistance. If the discussion needs to continue, you can then contact the Chief Academic Affairs Officer. If the grade change is approved, the instructor will submit that on your behalf.
