When is the Deans List published and where can I view it?

ACTC publishes both a President's List and Dean's List.

  • The President's List recognizes students who successfully attain a 4.0 term GPA while completing a full-time (at least 12 credit hours) schedule of 100 level or higher courses.
  • The Dean’s List recognizes students who successfully attain a 3.5-3.99 term GPA while completing a full-time (at least 12 credit hours) schedule of 100 level or higher courses.
  • Students who are eligible for the President's list will not also be published on the Dean's list.

The list will be published on our college webpage and will be linked to our social media pages. The list is published no later than 5 weeks after the end of the term.

Ashland does not provide certificates.

If you believe you met the above criteria and are not on the appropriate list, please email AS_REGISTRAR@KCTCS.EDU and we will review your file.
