Changing the Delivery Method for a Transcript Order

Overview

Once a transcript order has been submitted through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), the delivery method cannot be edited.

Options for Updating Your Order

If you need to change the delivery method, you may be able to:

• Cancel your existing order, if it has not already been processed
• Submit a new transcript request with the correct delivery option

Both actions must be completed through the National Student Clearinghouse website.

Important Notes

• The NSC does not currently offer an option to edit transcript orders after submission.
• To cancel your order, follow the directions provided on the NSC - How do I cancel or edit my transcript order? website.

When Cancellation Is Not Possible
