To cancel all or a portion of your financial aid award, you may complete a Financial Aid Cancellation Request located on the Financial Aid Forms page and submit it to the Student Financial Aid Office via email: ElizabethtownFinancialAidOffice@kctcs.edu or ECTCFinancialAid@kctcs.edu.
Important Note: The Financial Aid Office cannot complete a Loan Cancellation for an award that has already been disbursed to your account. Only funds that have not been disbursed may be cancelled.
If you are unable to print the form, you may visit the Financial Aid Office.
