Can You Appeal Your SAP Status?
Yes, you may be able to submit an appeal if you do not meet SAP requirements.
Federal regulations require students receiving financial aid to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
Eligibility to Appeal
You may submit a SAP appeal if:
- You are on SAP Suspension, and
- You experienced extenuating circumstances beyond your control that affected your ability to meet SAP standards

- You can also check your SAP status in MyPath
Notification
After submitting your appeal, a decision will be sent to your student email.
