HCTC Academic Affairs notifies students by postal letter 2 to 3 weeks after Final Grades have been posted and End of Term processing has occurred. (In spring by the end of May and in the fall by the end of January). In that same time period, press releases are sent to local newspapers and the list is promoted on our HCTC website, and on our Facebook page, which can be accessed from our website.
