All students are required to speak with your academic advisor and apply for credentials they are eligible for by the graduation application deadline, unless told otherwise by your assigned academic advisor. Missing the deadline to apply may cause a delay in being awarded your credential to the next semester. If you have missed the deadline to apply for graduation, please reach out to your assigned academic advisor for instructions.

Students should meet with an academic advisor to complete the Program Plan and Application for Credential. These 2 forms should be submitted to the Start Center, second floor of the Sullivan Technology Center.
Notifications sent to students that have applied for graduation:
• Potential graduates are notified in March and October of their eligibility to graduate. The students should be contacted by their advisors to apply for graduation.
