My financial situation has changed. What can I do to see if I qualify for more financial assistance?

Financial Assistance Options for Changes in Your Financial Situation

If your financial situation has changed, the Financial Aid Office may be able to review your circumstances and determine whether you qualify for additional financial assistance.

Special Circumstances Review

The Financial Aid Office can evaluate special circumstances on a case-by-case basis when changes in your financial situation may affect your financial need.

Examples of situations that may be considered include:

  • Loss of income due to a layoff

  • Loss of untaxed benefits
  • Other significant financial changes

  3. Obtain a Recalculation Form and a checklist of required documentation.
  4. Submit all requested forms and supporting documents.

Requests are reviewed in the order they are received once all required documentation has been submitted.
