All students are required to speak with your academic advisor and apply for credentials they are eligible for by the graduation application deadline, unless told otherwise by your assigned academic advisor.
- Missing the deadline to apply may cause a delay in being awarded your credential to the next semester.
- If you have missed the deadline to apply for graduation, please reach out to your assigned academic advisor for instructions.

It is up to the student to keep up with degree requirements and communicate with their advisor. The advisor will assist them with their MAP (the courses they need for graduation). The students are responsible for contacting the advisor at the end of each semester to see where they are in relations to graduation.
Notifications sent to student that have applied for graduation:
• Students will be notified of graduation eligibility and time frame to receive diploma after graduation via:

• Teams messaging
• Student email accounts
• Telephone Calls
• Blackboard
• After submission of your graduation application(s), your file will be checked by the Registrar to determine that all requirements have been met. You will receive an email only if there are questions regarding your degree application. This process takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
