Canceling Financial Aid Awards

If you wish to cancel all or part of your financial aid award, you must complete a Financial Aid Cancellation Form and submit it to the Financial Aid Office.

How to Cancel Financial Aid

  1. Access the Financial Aid Cancellation Form on the Forms and Documents page.
  2. Complete the form, indicating whether you want to cancel all or a portion of your financial aid.
  3. Submit the completed form to the Financial Aid Office for processing.

Important Information

Only financial aid that is pending or anticipated on your account can be canceled.

Financial aid funds that have already been disbursed to your student account cannot be canceled through this process.
