Jefferson students will receive an email and a certificate from the Associate VP of General Education and Transfer’s Office usually a week or two into the next semester that they have been named to the Dean’s List for the previous semester. We do not post the list.
There are typically two issues that would keep a student from the Dean’s List: 1) must be full-time (12 or more credit hours. JCTC does not recognize a Dean’s list for part-time students) and 2) those full-time hours must be in college-level work only. So if students have 9 college level hours and one 3 credit developmental class, they are not eligible for the Dean’s List.
