Requesting Removal of Late Payment Charges
To request the removal of late payment charges, send an email from your student email account to both:

Be sure to provide:
- Your student ID number
- A detailed explanation of why you believe the charges are invalid
Important Information
If you drop any class(es) that you re-enrolled in during the drop/add period, any additional charges associated with those classes will be removed at the end of the reinstatement period.

Jefferson may assess the following fees:
- Late Payment Charge: $75
- Reinstatement Charge: $75
