How do I cancel my financial aid?
To cancel all or a portion of your financial aid award, you may visit the Financial Aid Office to request or send a request to Myah Leonard at myah.leonard@kctcs.edu from your KCTCS student email. Be sure to include the name and type of award, and the specific dollar amount, and term you require the aid to be cancelled for.
Also, include your full name, student ID#, and date of birth to ensure your request will be processed correctly and in a timely manner. Please allow up to 3 business days for your request to be completed and updated in Student Self-Service.
