The Dean’s list is typically published around the beginning of June (after the spring semester) and the beginning of February (after the fall semester). Students are listed on our website, and the information is forwarded to their local newspapers.
OCTC does not provide certificates to our Dean’s List recipients. If a student has a question as to why they were not on the Dean’s List, they can e-mail the Student Records Office at OCTC.StudentRecords@kctcs.edu.
