To cancel all or a portion of your financial aid award, you may submit a signed written statement or send an email from your KCTCS e-mail account to Somerset-financialaid@kctcs.edu indicating specifically what action you would like (reduce, cancel, etc.). Please ensure you include the award type (e.g., subsidized loan), the amount, and the term(s) you would like this completed for. You may also visit the office in person to submit your written statement.
