To cancel all or a portion of your financial aid award, you may come into the Office of Financial Aid to make your request or you may send a request from your KCTCS e-mail to WK-FINANCIALAID@kctcs.edu indicating specifically what action you would like (reduce, cancel, etc.).
If an email is sent, the email must come from the student's WKCTC school email. Please be sure to include your Student ID number and contact information.
