To cancel all or a portion of your financial aid award, you may (1) visit the Office of Financial Aid on campus to request this or (2) you may send a request from your KCTCS student email account to mayfinaid@kctcs.edu.
Within your request, you must include your name, student ID #, date of birth with the type of award you would like cancelled or reduced, the amount to cancel or reduce, and for what term you would like your request processed.
