Unable to View Course Materials
Verify the following:

eBooks
eBooks should appear in the student's BibliU library in Blackboard.
LTI (Codeless) Courseware
Codeless courseware is accessed through the publisher link within Blackboard.
Third-party publishers include McGraw Hill, McMillan, Pearson, Cengage, Wiley, and many more.
Students may see a placeholder in BibliU; however, the actual content is launched through the publisher integration in Blackboard.
Students should not be prompted to:
- Make additional payments
- Enter an access code
If prompted for either, contact BibliU Support at support@bibliu.com.
Coded Courseware
Access codes are provided through the student's BibliU library within Blackboard.
Students must retrieve the code from BibliU and use it on the publisher's website.
Materials Still Missing
If materials are still unavailable after completing the above checks, contact BibliU Support at support@bibliu.com.
