Students can submit requests for a copy of their diploma to AS_Registrar@kctcs.edu.
There is a $20.00 replacement fee for each credential.
Since credentials are not produced in-house, we are only permitted to order three times a year, at the end of each semester.
Replacement credentials display signatures of the current College President, Board of regents chair, KCTCS Chancellor and KCTCS President and the original awards date.
Replacing due to Natural Disaster?
Have you lost the paper copy of your certificate, diploma or degree from a KCTCS College due to a natural disaster like tornadoes or flooding?
The KCTCS system of Colleges wants to help and will replace your credential for free. For more information, visit the Replacement Credential Form page.
