How do I cancel my financial aid?

To cancel all or a portion of your financial aid award, you may submit your request in one of 3 ways:

1. Send an e-mail to ahoward0067@kctcs.edu from your KCTCS e-mail account,
2. Mail a written statement to Big Sandy Community & Technical College, Attention: Financial Aid, 513 3^rd Street, Paintsville, Ky. 41240
3. Submit a written statement in person at one of our campuses.

Please indicate which action you would like (reduce, cancel, etc.), award type (subsidized loan, etc.), your full name, student ID#, and term.
