How can I view available classes?
A complete list of courses offered is available on the KCTCS Visual Schedule Builder. For course descriptions or program requirements, you may view the KCTCS Catalog online. You may also reach out to your advisor or the Advising Center. Advisors can provide information about courses that may not be available at that college.
I am a current student; can I register myself or add a course online?
During open registration periods, some students can search for and register for their classes using PeopleSoft.
- Students who have completed 30 credit hours and have a GPA of 3.0 qualify for self-enrollment privileges. Students must meet with their advisor to be granted self-enrollment privileges prior to registration.
- Advisor contact information is available on your Student Self-Service in MyPath under the Manage Classes tile.
- Directions to enroll can be found on the Class Search and Enroll guide.
- Students with at least 12 credits and a GPA of 2.0 must also meet with an advisor prior to course registration to complete their schedules.
- Advisor contact information is available on your Student Self-Service in MyPath under the Manage Classes tile.
- If you do not have self-enroll permission, you will also receive an error that states “You do not have access to enrollment at this time.” when you attempt to register for classes in Self-Service.
