Yes, there is a $20.00 replacement fee per credential. Please email your request to bluegrass.graduation@kctcs.edu. Depending the time of request, your credential will be printed on the next upcoming reprint credential order:
- December Graduate Credentials- printed in February
- May Graduate Credentials- printed in June
- August Graduate Credentials- printed in September
- EXTRA order before Holiday break- printed in December
The replacement credential will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to arrive.
Replacing due to Natural Disaster?
Have you lost the paper copy of your certificate, diploma or degree from a KCTCS College due to a natural disaster like tornadoes or flooding? The KCTCS system of Colleges wants to help and will replace your credential for free.
