All students are required to speak with your academic advisor first. Your advisor will discuss courses needed to fulfill the curriculum requirements for your program and/or perform an audit for you to ensure you are ready to apply for graduation.
Once you are cleared to apply for graduation by your advisor, you will then need to complete and submit the online graduation application by the graduation application deadline.
- Missing the deadline to apply may cause a delay in being awarded your credential to the next semester. If you have missed the deadline to apply for graduation, please reach out to your assigned academic advisor for instructions.

Notifications Sent to Students:

All students are notified by email of the upcoming deadline to apply for graduation each semester (at one month, at two weeks and at one week). Included in that reminder email are directions on how to apply, and info on the graduation ceremony itself. The information is also always available on the the Graduation page. Participation in the ceremony voluntary, but they are encouraged to come to one of the scheduled graduation sessions (also included in emails and on our webpage).

Applicants that have not met requirements for graduation are notified by email when we have audited, normally about 1 month after the graduation deadline to apply. When grades are posted, students who do not meet the requirements to graduate will be notified by email.
