ECTC recognizes full-time and part-time students placed on the Dean’s List and President’s List for the spring and fall semesters. Eligible students receive a letter at their home address listed in our system, and certificates are emailed to students via their KCTCS email. Certificates are no longer mailed to a home address.
Fall certificates are emailed by the first week of February. Spring certificates are emailed by the end of June.
Lists are sent to local newspapers for publishing. Student recognition criteria for the Dean’s and President’s lists is listed on our Student Recognition Criteria page.
