Resolving a Fraudulent Activity Hold

If there is a fraudulent activity hold on your account, you must verify your identity through the Admissions Department.

Steps to Remove the Hold

• Contact the Admissions Department to schedule either:

  • An in-person meeting, or
  • A video meeting

• During this meeting, you will be required to verify your identity to have the hold removed from your account.
