Records Office Contact Information
Overview
The Records Office assists students with a variety of services, including:
- Transcript requests
- Graduation-related inquiries
- Registration, drop, and withdrawal issues
- Grades
- Updating personal information
In-Person Assistance
- Students can visit the Start Center desk at any campus for assistance
- Staff will:
- Check the availability of Records Office personnel
- Act as a liaison between students and the Records team
Important Note:
- The Urban campus does not have a permanent Records Office presence
- In-person or walk-in appointments are not available at this location

Summer Hours (mid-May through July):
Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
