In-Person Assistance
Students can visit the Edgewood Start Center desk for help with student account issues.
- The Start Center team will contact the Business Office on your behalf for assistance and availability.
Note:
- The Boone and Urban campuses do not have a permanent Business Office presence
- Business Office staff are not available on-site at those locations

Standard Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Summer Hours (mid-May through July):
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: Closed
Important:
- All cashiering services close 45 minutes before the end of business
- Payments cannot be processed after that time
