If you wish to cancel loans, grants, etc., the Financial Aid Office will need to be notified in writing or via email. Send an email to HENCCFinancialAid@kctcs.edu from your KCTCS e-mail account. Or provide a signed note requesting to cancel all or a portion of your award or loan. Once received, the award will be adjusted and updated within 1-3 business days. Please monitor your Student Self-Service for this to update.
