What are my options for making a payment?

Payment Options

JCTC offers several convenient ways to pay your tuition and fees. The preferred payment method is online, providing a fast and secure payment experience.

Payment Methods

Online Payments

Students can:

• Make a payment online
• Enroll in a payment plan

Payments can be made through your Student Self-Service account.

Note: Firefox is the recommended browser for online payments. Other browsers may cause payment errors.
 

In-Person Payments

Payments are accepted at JCTC campuses that offer cashiering services:

• Downtown Campus
• Southwest Campus

Cashier Office Hours

• Downtown Campus
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (virtual support only)

• Southwest Campus
  • Monday–Tuesday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  • Closed for lunch: 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.
  • Extended Hours During Registration Periods
    • The week before classes begin and the first week of each semester, Southwest Campus is open:
    • Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
    • Closed for lunch: 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.

When paying by mail, include your Student ID number on your:

• Cashier's check
• Money order
   

Phone Payments

Phone payments are not currently accepted.
