The Office of Financial Aid can take into account special circumstances, which may affect your need, on a case-by-case basis. Reasons that may be considered for a Special Circumstances Review include loss of income due to layoff, disability, divorce, separation or loss of untaxed benefits etc.
Students should obtain the Recalculation Request Form from the Financial Aid Office. Students will also be required to provide documentation of a loss/change of income and supporting documentation.
It would be best to visit the Financial Aid Office in person to inquire about a recalculation. Once all required documentation has been provided, updates will be submitted for change. Please reach out to the Financial Aid Director with any questions.
