What are the steps for an international student to apply for admission? Is there a deadline?

International students should work with the college's international student advisor, coordinator or International Student Services office to complete the admissions process.

Somerset accepts students who are trying to obtain F-1 status or are transferring to them from another college with F-1 status.

Somerset accepts M-1 students.

All required documents submitted become the property of the College and must be received by the International & Immigrant Student Officer no later than the deadline noted below. Late applications will be considered for the next available semester. References to “F-1” students includes all visa holders (F-1, M-1, J-1, etc.) with plans to study in the United States. The deadlines are:

• July 15^th - Fall Semester
• October 15^th - Spring Semester
