Replacement credentials (diplomas/certificates) are available upon request from the Records Office either on campus or by sending a written statement that must include your name at the time of graduation, Student ID (if available), your date of birth, mailing address, and a contact phone number.
The replacement credential will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. Please note that there is a fee for replacing the credential.
Replacing due to Natural Disaster?
Have you lost the paper copy of your certificate, diploma or degree from a KCTCS College due to a natural disaster like tornadoes or flooding? The KCTCS system of Colleges wants to help and will replace your credential for free. For more information, visit the Replacement Credential Form page.
