The preferred method of payment, ensuring fast and secure payment, is online through your Student Self-Service on MyPath. You may make a payment online or enroll in a payment plan to fit your needs.
Note: Firefox is the preferred browser for students trying to make an online payment. Other browsers may cause errors during payment.
Processing Timelines:
- Online: Immediate
- In Person: Immediate
- Mail: 5 business days to receive and 2 business days for posting

- In person: Business Office, located in the Anderson Technical Building, Room 127, by cash, check, money order or credit card. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are accepted.
- Online: Payments are accepted on your Student Self-Service account.
- Mail: West Kentucky Community and Technical College, Business Office, P.O. Box 7380, Paducah, KY 42002. Checks must include Student’s Name, Student ID # and/or last four digits of Social Security #. Make check payable to WKCTC.
