How can I request a copy of my diploma and is there a fee?

The Records Office will order a replacement credential if the original has been lost or damaged by the student. Replacement credentials display signatures of the current College president, Board of Regents chair, KCTCS Chancellor, and KCTCS President, as well as the original award date.

There is a minimum $20.00 charge for each replacement credential, payable to MCC’s Business Office.

Since credentials are not produced in house, it may take 10-12 weeks for processing & delivery. A separate order form has to be completed for each degree/diploma requested.
