How Do I Set Up My VA Benefits or Military Dependent/Spouse Education Benefits?
Eligibility for VA educational benefits is determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in St. Louis, Missouri.

Determining Your Eligibility
If you’re an active-duty service member or Veteran, a member of the National Guard or Reserves, or a qualified survivor or dependent, you can request your Certificate of Eligibility through VA.gov to see which benefits (GI Bill) you may be eligible for. The site also provides information on educational benefits for dependents.
Next Steps After Applying
Once you have applied, submit any response to the School Certifying Official at the institution you wish to attend.
