The preferred method of payment, ensuring fast and secure payment, is online. You may make a payment online or enroll in a payment plan to fit your needs.
Note: Firefox is the preferred browser for students trying to make an online payment. Other browsers may cause errors during payment.
Processing Timelines:
- Online: Immediate
- In Person: Immediate
- Mail: 5 business days to receive and 2 business days for posting
Acceptable Payment Options
- In person: MCC North Campus, John H Gray Building, 1st floor Mon-Fri 8-4:30.
- Online: Payments are accepted on your Student Self-Service account.
- Mail: Madisonville Community College, Attn: Business Office, 2000 College Drive, Madisonville, KY 42431. Please write your Student ID number on your check, cashier's check, or money order.
