All students are required to speak with your academic advisor and apply for credentials they are eligible for by the graduation application deadline, unless told otherwise by your assigned academic advisor. Missing the deadline to apply may cause a delay in being awarded your credential to the next semester. If you have missed the deadline to apply for graduation, please reach out to your assigned academic advisor for instructions.

The application is available at the Record’s Office. Students must meet with their advisor to complete the application, and both must sign. Once the application is complete, the next step is to submit it to the Record’s Office for review.
Notifications sent to student that have applied for graduation:
• After the graduation application deadline, students are sent communication about the graduation ceremony, via postal mail and email.
• If there is an issue with a student's application or it is denied, the student and advisor will be contacted.
